Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged.

We take utmost care while packing the products in case of shipping through our courier partners. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the product.  It is subject to the recipient mailing us the photo  within 8 hours of delivery . Team REJEWEL will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Buyer needs to send us back the damaged product within 7 days after confirmation in email from Team REJEWEL. Products sent without a consent from Team REJEWEL will not be considered for replacement.

Product returned after 7 working days will not be accepted. Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product. If the same product is not available for shipment, we mail a “Credit Note” and you can redeem it against any of our products. Credit note does not have any expiry. Please note there will be no money refunded in such cases.

Please note that if the damage is not due to courier and it is obvious the jewelry is broken during trial we will not exchange it. It is upto discretion of Team REJEWEL to approve the exchange.

  • Every product sold at is covered under our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee. You can notify us about the problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at, within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee

  • Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any jewelry that has been washed.
  • Any jewelry not in its original condition.
  • Any jewelry that is been misused by dropping.
  • Any jewelry that is been misused by spraying perfume / acid.
  • Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number/barcode, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number / barcode .
  • Any order with missing key- lock ,barcode and bill.
